Shanly Finance is an independent, principal lender which specialises in providing finance to property developers.

We're a property focused lender that pride ourselves on making quick decisions for our clients, based on our up-to-date knowledge and experience of the property development market in the South East of England.

Our loans are typically between £1.5m and £10m.

Shanly Finance is owned and run by Stephen Shanly, formerly of Shanly Homes. With over 25 years of experience within property development Stephen draws on a wealth of experience when assessing developments to lend on. A large issue to a bank could be a minor issue to us.

Shanly Finance is committed to moving quickly on deals. Unlike borrowing from a bank, Shanly Finance offers a much faster turnaround from initial approach to setting up the funding facility.
